Free Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express/next-day options are not available for most destinations.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide except India (we currently do not ship to India).

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–4 business days after payment is verified.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partners (including CJdropshipping). In some cases, items may ship separately.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 business days (destination-dependent).

  • Remote areas, customs clearance, peak seasons, and carrier backlogs may extend delivery times.

Heads up: Delivery estimates do not include the 1–4 business-day processing window.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Tracking is generally available, though specific events may vary by carrier until the package reaches the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and import fees charged by your country.

  • These fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare lower values.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • We can attempt changes within 12 hours of purchase; after processing begins, changes may not be possible.

  • We cannot ship to prohibited addresses where carriers don’t deliver or where local import is restricted.

Delivery Issues (Delays, Lost, Damaged)

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eastfacepetboutique.com with:

    • Photos of the package exterior (showing label), interior packaging, and the damaged item.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days (domestic within destination country) or 30+ days (international), email us so we can investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner.

  • Resolutions (replacement, reshipment, or refund) are determined case-by-case per our Return & Refund Policy.

Undeliverable / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

  • If an order is returned to sender or disposed of due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, refunds (if any) will exclude original shipping-related costs and may incur a return handling fee from the carrier/warehouse. Reshipments may require an additional fee.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll ship as soon as it becomes available. Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Holiday & Peak Season

  • During holidays or peak periods (e.g., November–January), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
