Welcome to Eastface Pet Boutique! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eastface Pet Boutique. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”), powered by Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Access & Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You may be asked for information (e.g., email, billing/shipping, payment). You warrant it is accurate and that you have rights to provide it.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. Do not transfer or sell your account.

2) Our Products

We strive for accurate listings, but colors/appearance may vary by device and settings.
We do not warrant that product quality or appearance will meet your exact expectations.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

3) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors).
Orders are accepted once payment is processed and we send confirmation.
Cancellations/changes may not be possible after acceptance—see our Return & Refund Policy .
You confirm purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale/export.

4) Prices, Taxes & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price at checkout/confirmation applies.
Unless stated, taxes, duties, shipping, handling, customs/import fees are additional and your responsibility.
You agree to maintain current and accurate payment details and authorize us to charge the total due.
You warrant you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that charges will be honored.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We fulfill via third-party logistics (including CJdropshipping). Shipping estimates are not guarantees; delays (carrier, customs, weather, peak season) may occur.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We do not ship to India at this time. Eligible destinations and typical timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Undeliverable/refused parcels may be returned/disposed per carrier rules. Refunds, if any, follow our Return & Refund Policy and exclude original shipping/fees.

6) Customs, Import & Compliance

International orders may incur customs, duties, VAT/GST, brokerage—these are not refundable by us.
You are responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported and comply with destination laws.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, selection and arrangement are owned by Eastface Pet Boutique or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative works without our prior written consent.
Eastface Pet Boutique names/logos are our trademarks. Third-party names/logos are the property of their respective owners.

8) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to tools or links operated by third parties (e.g., analytics, marketing widgets). These are provided “as is” and without warranties.
Your use of third-party tools/sites is at your own risk. Review their terms and policies before engaging.

9) Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. However, all sales are between you and Eastface Pet Boutique. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any resulting injury, damage, or loss. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us.

10) Privacy

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy . Because we use Shopify and other processors, your information may be transferred internationally as described in our Privacy Policy.

11) User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Feedback for any lawful purpose.
You represent you own the Feedback or have rights to grant this license, and that your Feedback complies with applicable laws and these Terms. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider objectionable or unlawful.

12) Errors & Availability

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., descriptions, pricing, shipping, availability). We may correct or update information or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time without prior notice.

13) Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Violate laws or third-party rights;
Harass, defame, or harm others;
Upload malware or disrupt operations;
Scrape, spider, or collect others’ personal data;
Send spam or deceptive content;
Circumvent security or access controls;

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy . For fastest exchanges, place a new order after your return is accepted. Order changes/cancellations may be limited once processing begins.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. 16) Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor issues, shortages, war, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters, utility or internet failures, or carrier/customs delays.

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, our Privacy Policy , Return & Refund Policy , and posted policies constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.

21) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

22) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eastface Pet Boutique is headquartered (India), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in that location.

You can review the latest version at any time on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes here and, where required, providing notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
